Over the past few months we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to update and improve the site to make your shopping experience easier and more fun. So what new features can you expect to see? Improved Product Range We now have over 8,000 products for sale. These include everything you’ll need to improve the security at your home or business. We still offer the best selection of door locks, padlocks, safes, UPVC multipoint replacement locks, window locks and replacement door handles. Now we also bring you a wide range of door closers, panic hardware, security cameras, everyday essentials like WD-40, super glue, screwdrivers and more! Live Stock Levels It’s now easy to see if the product you require is available as we now have live stock levels on each product so you can see exactly how many items we have in stock. If something is out of stock you can simply enter your email address to receive a notification when it comes back in stock. Or if you require more items than we have in stock simply call us and our team will try and source them for you. Mobile & Tablet Friendly The new Lock Shop Direct has a fully responsive design meaning it is easy to view and use no matter what device you are using to browse the site. Find A Part Our new ‘Find a Part’ feature allows you to find the exact product you need in just a few clicks. So for example if you are struggling to find a suitable replacement UPVC door lock simply follow the steps on Find A Part to see what replacement locks we have available. Improved Menus You can now navigate your way around Lock Shop Direct easier via our drop down menus at the top of every page on the website. On these menus you’ll also see a selection of products we have on special offer that month. Next Day Delivery Countdown Clock The majority of our products are available for next working day delivery and to make it easy we’ve added countdown clocks to the product pages so you can see how long you have left to place your order and get it the next working day. Improved Special Offers We’ve worked hard to increase the number of special offers we bring you so that now each month you’ll find a great selection of products from all parts of our website available at rock bottom prices.
