Product Details

Product Information

Wedging open fire doors is dangerous. Dorgard is a wireless solution that legally holds open fire doors, and enables them to close when the fire alarm sounds.

This acoustically activated fire door retainer keeps a fire door open legally and closes the door in the event of an alarm.

Activated after hearing a general noise or continuous sound exceeding 65 decibels.

The door releases 14 seconds after sound activation.

PLEASE NOTE: The Dorguard floor plates and door labels are no longer included when you purchase this item. Dorguard have stopped supplying the floor plates because they are rarely needed. If you require them, you can register your Dorguard after purchase at https://register.fireco.uk and enter the code that comes with your Dorguard. From there you will be able to order the accessories.
