Important: Next working day delivery is available only when it is displayed as an option for your order. Product, stock, postcode, payment, security-check and customisation restrictions may apply.
How the service works
- Select Next Working Day Delivery from the available delivery options at checkout.
- For qualifying orders received before the applicable cut-off, we aim to process and dispatch the order on the same working day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
- A working day normally means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank and public holidays.
If the next working day option is not shown at checkout, the product, delivery address or order is not eligible for that service.
Products that may take longer
Next working day delivery may not be available where an order requires additional preparation or specialist delivery. This can include:
- Extra keys, cut-to-code keys or keys requiring an original key or security card.
- Keyed-alike cylinders, master-key systems, restricted keys or other bespoke keying.
- Programming, assembly, special finishes or other product customisation.
- Safes, heavy or bulky goods and products delivered directly by a manufacturer or supplier.
- Products that are out of stock or have a stated lead time.
- Addresses outside the qualifying UK mainland delivery area.
Contact us before ordering if your required delivery date is critical.
Delivery dates and delays
We aim to deliver eligible orders on the next working day, but the date is an estimate unless we expressly confirm in writing that it is guaranteed or that delivery by that date is essential.
Carrier delays, adverse weather, access problems, unusually high parcel volumes and other events outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect delivery. If you have paid for an enhanced delivery service and it is not provided because of a failure for which we or our carrier are responsible, the remedies described in our Delivery Information and Terms and Conditions will apply.
