Here at Lock Shop Direct we are proud to offer a next working day delivery service to all our customers. When checking out simply select the next working day option from the drop down list of delivery services, however please note that to qualify for next working day delivery all online orders must be received before 5pm (if ordering by telephone the cut off is 4pm). So if you need a product in a hurry or simply don't want to wait then take advantage of this great service today.

Please note that while we offer a next day delivery service and you are paying for this option, this service is provided by a third-party courier. Although the vast majority of parcels arrive on time, next day delivery is not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather, or high parcel volumes.

By selecting next day delivery, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed timeframes. We are therefore unable to offer refunds on postage costs in the event of a delayed delivery.

Please note some products are not applicable for next day service. If there is a next day service available it will be listed with the delivery options available.

Key Cutting Service Delivery

Where Lock Shop Direct require the original key or high security key cards the new cut key will be issued for next day delivery upon receipt of requested key or card from the customer.  

For products within this category that are eligible for next day delivery it will be stated on the product details page. Those eligible, we guarantee to process within the same day if received before 12pm and we recommend you select our next working day pre 12 delivery service.
