Order a genuine Mul-T-Lock Interactive replacement key, professionally cut to your existing key code.

This product is suitable for the original Mul-T-Lock Interactive platform.

Please note: this is not the same as Mul-T-Lock Interactive+ / MTL600. If your existing key is the Interactive+ version, please order the separate Interactive+ / MTL600 replacement key.

Key Card Required

Mul-T-Lock Interactive is a controlled key system, so we require verification of the original Mul-T-Lock key card before an additional key can be cut.

Please enter the complete key code exactly as shown on your key card when placing your order.

After ordering, please email us a clear photograph or scan of the original Mul-T-Lock key card, quoting your order confirmation number.

We will check the card details against the code supplied before cutting your replacement key.

We cannot manufacture the replacement key until the key card has been received and verified.

How to Order

1. Check that your existing key is the original Mul-T-Lock Interactive version.
2. Enter the complete key code exactly as shown on your Mul-T-Lock key card.
3. Select the quantity of replacement keys required.
4. Complete your order.
5. Email us a clear photo or scan of the original key card, quoting your order number.
6. Once the card has been verified, we will cut your replacement key to the supplied code.

Genuine Mul-T-Lock Interactive Key

Your replacement key is cut using a genuine Mul-T-Lock Interactive key blank, helping ensure the correct fit and reliable operation with your existing Mul-T-Lock Interactive lock.

• Suitable for the original Mul-T-Lock Interactive platform.
• Not suitable for Interactive+ / MTL600 keys.
• The original Mul-T-Lock key card is required for verification.
• The physical card does not need to be posted to us.
• A clear photograph or scan of the card can be emailed after ordering.
• Please quote your order number when emailing your card.
• Enter the key code exactly as shown on the card.
• Each key is individually cut to order.
• Cut-to-code keys are made specifically to your requirements and cannot normally be returned if incorrect information has been supplied.

Security Recommendation

For additional security, we recommend having replacement keys delivered to an address different from the property where the matching lock is installed.
