Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item to Lock Shop Direct, please follow the process listed below:
- If you would like to return an item, you must first read Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions and then email us at email@example.com to request a customer returns number. Please note this may take up to 24 hours for you to receive this.
- All Goods must be in same condition as when received and must be within 14 working days of recipient of goods.
- All refunds will be issued minus the original delivery costs and any extra keys or keying alike charges. (Please allow up to 28 days to receive your refund).
- If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with our terms and conditions. please email us and request a customer returns number.
