The ASEC Double Rebated Panic Bolt Set is designed for use on double leaf rebated outward opening fire escape doors, providing a complete panic exit solution for applications where rapid and unrestricted emergency egress is required. The set complies with EN 1125:2008 for panic exit devices operated by a horizontal bar. The set incorporates a rim panic latch for the first opening leaf, a single panic bolt for the second opening leaf and a double door strike to secure the rim panic latch. The hardware is reversible, providing flexibility when installing on different door configurations. To comply with the standard, the maximum size of each door leaf is 2500mm high x 1300mm wide, with a maximum clear opening width of 2420mm across both doors and a maximum door weight of 200kg per leaf. This product is fire tested and must be installed per the manufacturer’s instructions, and with all relevant associated products. Fire rated for timber (FD60) and metal (FD120) fire doors.
