The Briton 379.N.SE is a surface mounted push bar panic exit device with mortice nightlatch operation, designed for panic and emergency exit applications where secure single point locking is required. Suitable for single doors and the active leaf of non-rebated double doors when used with a Briton 376 panic bolt, it features an anti-thrust device to help prevent forced latch retraction and is supplied with a dual profile mortice nightlatch accepting euro or oval profile cylinders. The tubular steel cross bar can be cut on site to suit the door width, while the site reversible design makes handing straightforward during installation. The product is Certifire approved and suitable for use on FD30 & FD60 fire doors, it must be installed per the manufacturer’s instructions with all relevant associated products. Finished in silver, the 379.N.SE is tested in excess of 200,000 cycles and is suitable for fire and smoke doors from 665mm to 1300mm wide.
