The CISA 11921 Series Electric Lock is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted solution designed for wooden gates and doors where secure, controlled access is essential. Ideal for both residential and commercial installations, it provides reliable electric release for use with intercoms, access control systems and remote opening devices, while also retaining a mechanical key override.Operated externally by a 55mm tube cylinder and internally by a key, this outward opening lock allows exit via the internal cylinder or electrical input, while maintaining secure key access from outside.Designed for enhanced security, the lock includes a dead-locking latch bolt that automatically engages when the deadbolt is withdrawn. This helps prevent unauthorised entry, while reinforcement around the electric hook bolt area and certification up to Security Grade 3 in accordance with EN 14846 provide additional protection. The 11921 Series features an adjustable backset from 50mm to 80mm, allowing it to suit a wide range of installations. Its surface-mounted design makes it ideal for both new and retrofit applications. The internal key operates the latch, with no internal button fitted. The lock is also designed to function under reduced voltage conditions, ensuring continued electrical release when supply drops below 12V.Built for outdoor use, the lock includes a high-resistance protective coating, making it suitable for corrosive environments such as coastal areas. Its durable construction ensures reliable performance in high-use settings.
