The ELITE Key Wind Locking Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Single Spindle 20mm Faceplate - 2 Deadlocking Latch Bolts has 45mm backset, 92mm centres, 200mm case height, 64mm case width, is single spindle and has a latch & deadbolt centre case.

This system offers superior protection, with bolts engaged and retracted using the key or cylinder thumbturn. Once the door is closed, the latch cannot be retracted without the key, providing a secure locking solution ideal for traditional doors.

Supplied as standard with radiused ends, the single spindle design is perfect for traditional pull handle applications, while self-locking elements prevent the latch bolts from being manipulated when the door is closed, offering increased burglar protection.

Manufactured to the highest standards, the lock features a 20mm radius faceplate and is finished with Elite Silbear Surface Protection, exceeding 480 hours salt spray resistance (EN1670 Grade 5) for exceptional corrosion protection. Backed by a 10 Year Mechanical Guarantee, this lock delivers durability and security for both composite and timber doors.

Identification
The locking points have a snib and the gearbox has a large step cut out on the top corner.

Gearbox
The latch & deadbolt gearbox has a single spindle, a case height of 200mm and a case width of 64mm.

In addition to the locking points within the gearbox, the full length strip has 2 dead bolt locking points.

Faceplate
20mm radius wide faceplate, ideal for use on composite & timber applications and is 1.77m long.

Croppable

Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw.

Spung/Unsprung
The gearbox is sprung and incorporates an internal spring mechanism to assist with lever return, removing the need for sprung handles or a separate spring cassette.

Operation
Locking Method - C. Two full turns of the key to lock and then two full turns of the key to unlock an extra turn withdraws the latch.
