The ELITE Standard Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Single Spindle - 4 Roller has 35mm backset, 92mm centres, 226mm case height, 54mm case width, is single spindle and has a latch & deadbolt centre case. It is designed to cover both standard and tall door applications and is finished with Elite Silbear Surface Protection, this lock exceeds 480 hours salt spray resistance (EN1670 Grade 5), making it highly resistant to corrosion and ideal for exposed environments. AccreditationThese products have corrosion resistance to EN1670: Grade 5 & have a 10 Year Guarantee. GearboxThe latch & deadbolt gearbox has a single spindle, a case height of 226mm and a case width of 54mm. Additional Locking PointsIn addition to the locking points within the gearbox, the full length strip has 4 roller locking points. ShootboltsThis unit can be fitted with optional shootbolts. Faceplate16mm wide faceplate, ideal for use on UPVC & composite applications and is 2.075m long. HandingThe latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw. Spung/UnsprungThe gearbox is sprung and incorporates an internal spring mechanism to assist with lever return, removing the need for sprung handles or a separate spring cassette. OperationLocking Method - A. Lift lever to engage locking mechanisms and then one full turn of the cylinder to lock. One full turn of the key then push down on the lever to unlock.
