The ELITE Standard Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Twin Spindle Designed To Accept Optional Shootbolts - 2 Hook 4 Roller has 35mm backset, 92mm & 62mm centres, 200mm case height, 54mm case width, is twin spindle and has a latch & deadbolt centre case.

It has bi-directional steel hooks, this lock provides exceptional resistance against forced entry, while four rollers positioned along the length of the lock ensure consistent and even compression for improved sealing and performance and can be further enhanced with the optional addition of integrated shootbolts.

Designed to meet Secured by Design, PAS 24 and Document Q requirements, this lock system is suitable for high-specification residential and commercial doors. With Elite Silbear Surface Protection, the lock exceeds 480 hours of salt spray testing (EN1670 Grade 5), ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance in challenging environments. It has twin spindles meaning that it can be used as either a straight forward lever/lever operation (using just the 92mm spindle) or as a split spindle (lever/pad) operation when using both the 92mm and 62mm spindles.

These products have corrosion resistance to EN1670: Grade 5 (480 hours NSS) & have a 10 Year Guarantee.

Identification
There is a rectangular indent in the locking point hook visible when extended.

Gearbox
The latch & deadbolt gearbox has a twin spindle, a case height of 200mm and a case width of 54mm.

Additional Locking Points
In addition to the locking points within the gearbox, the full length strip has 2 hook and 4 roller locking points.

Shootbolts
This unit can be fitted with optional shootbolts.

Faceplate
16mm wide faceplate, ideal for use on UPVC & composite applications and is 2.2m long.

Croppable
This full length unit is croppable to allow the strip height to be reduced to suit the door it is being installed into.

Handing
The latch can be reversed by removing the screw in the latch, taking the latch out, flipping it to the opposite hand, and refitting the screw.

Spung/Unsprung
The gearbox is unsprung and must be installed with sprung handles and / or a compatible spring cassette to ensure correct operation and reliable lever return.

Operation
Locking Method - A. Lift lever to engage locking mechanisms and then one full turn of the cylinder to lock. One full turn of the key then push down on the lever to unlock.
