EXIDOR 703B/30 3 Point Panic Bolt

The Exidor 703B/30 is a heavy duty surface mounted three point panic bolt designed for outward opening single doors where both reliable emergency escape and enhanced security are required. Operating the push bar retracts the upper, lower and central shoot bolts, allowing the door to open quickly in an emergency. The bolts remain retracted until they are automatically released as the door closes.

The unit features adjustable top and bottom shoot bolts together with a central shoot bolt, providing three point locking for increased resistance against forced entry. Anti thrust protection is incorporated into the centre and lower locking points, while the push bar can be cut on site to suit different door widths. The non handed design allows flexible installation, and the unit is suitable for doors up to 1220mm wide, 2440mm high and weighing up to 200kg.

The Exidor 703B/30 is certified to EN 1125, tested and approved to LPS 1175 and Certifire approved under reference CF5193. It is fire rated for use on timber fire doors up to FD60 and metal fire doors up to FD120. As this product is fire tested, it must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and used with all relevant associated products where required.
