EXIDOR 704B/30 4 Point Panic Bolt

The Exidor 704B/30 is a heavy duty surface mounted four point panic bolt designed for outward opening single doors where both emergency escape and increased security are required. The four point locking system secures the door on all four edges, while operation of the push bar retracts the locking bolts to provide fast and straightforward escape in a panic situation.

The unit incorporates a 30mm bolt throw, an automatic top trip mechanism and anti thrust protection within the centre and lower locking points to help resist forced attack. The push bar can be cut on site to suit different door widths, while the non handed design provides flexibility during installation. The 704B/30 is suitable for doors up to 1220mm wide, 2440mm high and weighing up to 200kg, and has been tested to 200,000 operating cycles.

The Exidor 704B/30 is certified to EN 1125, tested and approved to LPS 1175 and Certifire approved under reference CF5193. It is suitable for timber fire doors up to FD60 and metal fire doors up to FD120. As this product is fire tested, it must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and used with all relevant associated products where required.
