This FIX multipoint door lock features 2 Hooks, 1 Deadbolt & 1 Latch.
This lock will sometimes have FIX2025 or Yale stamped on the faceplate.It will replace the FIX2150 or FIX2151 with some adjustment and certain models have specific hook positions.These may be available as made to measure special order items.Previous versions of this lock were supplied with wedgebolts.
Fix multipoint locks from Sweden are unique, but were made in a vast range of different configurations. The 2025 series is the only Fix multipoint lock still available and features two hooks with a distance of 1445mm between them.
Previous versions of this lock had wedgebolts, rather than hooks, and may feature locking points in different positions. Fix offered a made to measure service where locks could be made to a range of different specifications. As a result of the large number of different variations, some work may be required to the door.
In addition to the 2025, Fix also manufacturered the 2150 and 2151 locks, which were popular. These locks can be replaced with a 2025 with some adjustment to the door.
Fix 2025 multipoint door locks are predominantly fitted to timber doors and feature a 50mm backset with 105mm centres and flat 25mm faceplate, with round ends. Uniquely, for a multipoint lock, they are operated by a Swedish oval cylinder and we have a range of different options available from stock.
These locks are supplied handed but can be reversed on site.
Operation: Lift Lever
To lock the door
1. Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
2. Lock the locking points and main deadbolt (if present) by turning the key.
To unlock the door
1. Unlock the system by turning the key.
2. Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.

Latch Reversal:Undo the 2 screws on side of lockcase nearest to the faceplate, remove the gearbox from the strip, twist the latch to reverse and then reconnect the case to the faceplate.
