This Maco gearbox is designed to suit CTS locks and is available with a 35mm or 45mm backset. Generally they are recognised by the rounded edge at the bottom.
Operation: Lift lever or split spindle
Latch reversal: Push up the serrated button on the side of the case, remove the latch, reverse and reinsert.
