The Rutland TS.5204 is a size 2-4 rack and pinion door closer, designed for applications where compliance with Approved Document M is required, with easy adjustment and backcheck supplied as standard. Available in three finishes, it provides a versatile solution for a wide range of commercial and general-purpose door applications.

The closer is fire tested and suitable for doors up to 1100mm wide and weighing up to 80kg, with suitability for use on FD30, FD60, FD90 and FD120 fire doors.

Engineered for long-term durability, the TS.5204 is supported by a 25-year manufacturer's guarantee. As this product is fire tested, it must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and used with all relevant associated products where required.
