The Rutland Double Action Door Closer Kit provides a complete, all-in-one solution for double action doors, helping to deliver smooth, controlled operation in both directions. With a maximum opening angle of 110° each way, it is ideal for a wide range of commercial and public building applications where reliable door control is essential. The kit includes a high-performance concealed door closer, based on the popular ITS.11204 single action model, along with a top double action door pivot, heavy-duty bottom pivot, intumescent seals and smoke seals. All components have been tested together and are suitable for use on FD60 fire doors, supporting both performance and fire door integrity. Supplied as one convenient package with detailed fitting instructions, this kit helps simplify specification, installation and compliance for the trade.
