Winkhaus AV2 Motor

The Winkhaus AV2 motor is compatible with all Winkhaus AV2 and AV3 automatic multipoint locks, to create an electronic locking device for use with access control systems.  

The AV2 and AV3 range of Autolocking mechanisms have the optional capability of becoming an electronic access controlled locking system. The lock is designed to accept this “screw-on” 12v electronic motor which can then be controlled by a range of access control systems. Please note that the machine screws which secure the motor to the faceplate feature reverse threads and must be turned anti-clockwise to tighten them.

The AV2 connecting cable is not included and must be bought separately, see related products.

Please note: Due to its nature this product is not subject to our normal returns procedure and can only be returned if it develops a fault. Once returned the unit will be sent to the manufacturer for assesment and pending the results of the manufacturers assement will only be repaired by the or replaced by them if required. Products may be subject to manufacturer's checks and their policy on replacements will apply. This item can not be returned for other reasons such as ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the item, or it having been ordered in error. Please therefore be cautious to ensure you are ordering the correct item before placing any order, and that it is definitely required. Returns for faulty items will be handled in accordance with the relevant manufacturers' returns procedures.
